Breakfast was excellent-best nasi lemak I have tasted. Good local coffee and lovely aspect looking over the rive and promenade. Staff kind, helpful and happy to see you-great stay. I love the view of the river which faces my room. I also love the foods served during breakfast which is to my taste. The environment and the location of the hotel make me feel comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent room with good view.

As a member of the original team of consultants and designers that built the former Diamond Puteri Inn, glad to see the hotel lobby is still as grand and glamorous. Excellent pool view. nothing-very pleasant place to stay, highly recommended. Security is important. As to my view, the lift to the hotel rooms at ground floor is situated very close to the carpark entrance which could be very dangerous for ladies travelling or staying alone. The wash room/toilet at the lobby are not taking care off by the maintenance staff. Restaurant sparten with plastic chairs, more like a canteen than a restaurant. a little bit hard to find. Room made available after 1.5 hours waiting.... Parking area quite dark and not safe for ladies if travelling alone. Have to pay Internet, very expensive Little swimming pool very bad TV programm, by chance, it was not raining, but for an europeen, TV brings nothing interresting, and probably for Malais too, but ... the gouvernement desire this stupidity... The bath tub was without the cap . Wi Fi was not connected in the room for the entire period of stay. The concierge staff was helpful but the chief security was inconsiderate on analysing the situation . Sad about the rooms. They are overdue for refurbishing, twice at least. Room Service Very slow..staff/operator/manager cant speak fluent english..no refreshment at 16:00 to 18:00 as promise by letsbookhotel.com,Very dissapointed..when call front desk to ask she dont even know what Is the meaning of refreshment...management should conduct english class for the entire staff... The pool was dirty. We found a dead cockroach in the lobby. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant.
