more like condo with large space n 4 rooms.Good enough for my families...nice view n big swimming pool.And most important thing need 1/2 hour to Pengkalan Kubur... Convenient to explore around kota bahru n eateries. Staff r v pleasant n humble. Room is clean. Breakfast a variety to choose from. Breakfast is simple and awesome. Strategic location and near to Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah.Clean and comfortable..like it.

We should be made aware (in the marketing materials) that this 4-bedroom apartment, although near the hotel, is separated from the hotel. As a 1st timer to Kota Bharu, we arrived late at night at 10pm and had to find our way to the apartment which is among three condominium blocks. Parking is in another block to the apartment and should be made 'free' for hotel residents. * Still using old CRT tv. * No wifi (apartment, hotel rooms is at diff location). Room was small and dated, did not look much like the rooms on web the site. Not much in terms of dining nearby. The shower water level is very low. The sofa is spoiled and very small. The parking lot shoud be added more. Breakfast at rooftop. The pillow let me feel not comfortable. Room facilities, No cupboard wi-fi was not working Bed - no headboard old hotel upon check into room, towel from previous accupant was not collected. Hot shower not very hot and not much in its tv channel. Rooms need to be renovated for comfort to suit the rates offered. Very noisy especially for rooms with internal window. The picture of the hotel room in the website is totally different from the actual picture of the room. Elevator out of order half the time. Staff lacked training, they had no clue about anything and often provided wrong information.
