new villa rooms , very good kind only in breakfast buffet, nice swimming pool , available Tour & Taxi fare board which lowest from travel agency at airport, no noise bar or casino at the hotel , good room services, a lot of saudi and GCC in the hotel. It was really nice place like a haven I have enjoyed my honey moon there and most of the facilities are great I like it very much it has a woundearful view and location.

There is a construction behind the hotel they just making a noise but you can manage to don't pay attention to it the wifi some times week that's all. There's no breakfast for our children age 11 & 7 years old. We have to pay RM54/day for our two children. Breakfast has no wide vriety Small swimming pool though it looks ammazing with the view You have to pick a taxi everytime you want to go 0around. No thing. all goood ... Buggy service from room very slow or non-existent called for a buggy from room since it was raining and it never came we had to walk with umbrella wouhou... The position of the bed and tv is wierd. Whenever you sleep on the bed, you do not feel the air-cond. It's hard to find the entrance. Service poor - buggy service from room very slow or non-existent. Restaurant slow to replenish food and providing replacement "junk food" dishes on the buffet one and a half hours before the buffet was due to close. I suggest that the Restaurent adds scrambled eggs in the buffet so that no one has to queue in front of the eggs' chief. Did not cater for all taste, very religion oriented - no bar or bacon! For western taste- no recreation facilities, no shuttle into town & worst of all no choice of tea at breakfast & if you wanted anything but black you paid & only given 2 tea bags in room - for the price disgraceful - not to mention only 1 key to room - so hard to do your own thing as had to wait up to 40min for someone to open one night!. Few area under construction near ombak villa, no privacy at my balcony as worker passing by. breakfast menu was the same everyday...:( great variety though. -breakfast menu -beach. staff very slow in check in and not much friendly. The wifi speed quiet slow. Limited tv channel Not efficient during check in: not smiling...slow...not prepare eap small changes No greetings while we step in Club sandwich n fried kuey teow tasteless... Got dirt mark in the coffee cup. Satellite TV to be improved. Facilities are not good enough, there's no jacuzzi, there's no any hifi speaker or docking station no sauna no steam room. And the front desk staff are not well train very slow for doing such a simple thing, we are supposed to check in at 3pm, we been waited untill 3.35pm the room still haven't ready for us yet. I'm not sure I will come back to this hotel becuz it's not cheap for staying and with not enough facilities and the staff are not well train. Its a bit far from the main beach... There are different type of rooms. The one in the website showed a very nice carpeted room but the one that that we got was bare. Room 701 vs room 700. Poor resonse to customer requests. Air conditioning was so noisy. So many construction works are ongoing at the site nearby. No life gaurd available for the swimming pool. In conclusion, the villas are not ready to be occupied.
