Unique resort and room. Excellent breakfast. The staff was kind and very quick to respond to any requests. The balcony was a nice addition and the bathroom was unique in that it was open and even had a stone wall. We stayed in the sea villa area suites that were situated at the sea. The resort is nicely located and we stayed at one of the newly opened chalets. Reception staff are nice but need more training of how to deal with international tourists.

There were some large bugs, but the staff came quickly to remove them and once we asked them to spray the room we didn't have any more issues. Breakfast is nice but need to add more varieties. Staff are good on arrival but not so good on check-out. Lezzards and cockroaches everywhere. The slippery staircase of studio, insufficient kitchen utensils and food from restaurant. - Far away from city /Food places/Beach - Under staffed (less members at reception & at restaurants) unable to support the guests - Limited options in the restaurant. Sea Villa need to some repairs. I added one day more for my trip in another room, the reception did not allow me to enter the new one untill after chick in at 3 o'clock and I checked out the first room at 12 so I had to stay in the lobby for 3 hours because its not allowed as they told me and they said also that room service is cleaning the roon and they will take 3 hours to do that!! One of the staff was unpolite with us and after I told them I want to speak to your boss they gave me the room key immediately. Indian veg food is not available. They had veg fried rice or noodles and its taste was worst. Pl arrange for a cook who knows to cook indian food and add them in your menu. There was many guests during my stay and the staff weren't able to let you feel comfort. Sometimes no hot water in the shower. Hotel itself is good however the location is remote and required a taxi to go everywhere. it is expensive and location is not good, also i mean it is not worth that money.Sea is dirty and muddy, not clean and clear as you expected, you can't swim on the beach or even lay down. - this hotel is so overpriced for what they offer - They have no control over the insects in the rooms I saw two lizards in my room besides the non stopping ants - no means of entertainment in case you wanted to spend a day or a night in the resort. Beach. Slow respond in getting wireless password through phone. Hotel System didnt capture that we had paid for airport transfer for return trip. The reception staff delayed the check in by an hour and made us wait with our little kids. Upon inquiring the status for the room they were very unfriendly. Couldn't swim on beach Away from main town centre. Beach is not usable and had to go to nearby beach to enjoy seea. i asked for king bed they gave me two twin bed and joining them togather. i have booked room with sea view windows but it was not sea windows and they replace room to another but without A\C and they play polytic with to back old room but realy they do not have any commit. There were alot of white ants there at the resort room's furniture. It is really a pity. This hotel must have been once really beautiful, it needs major renovation and the problem with the cockroaches is a big problem. Bed sheets stains and sofa stains cannot be accepted for this kind of pricing! Never book your hotels with your credit card, it is stated that it is used only for reservation, they charge to your card without one signing it!! We left after 2 nights, thought the holiday was planned for 10 nights. When we checked in, even though we havd booked a sea view room, it was on a ground floor facing the restaurant. They did change the room, but ended up in the main area, which was noisy all night through and we could barely sleep. The quality of the rooms and bed was also very poor. - No free wifi (unless in the lobby) which is quite rear these days (even though announced in the ad) - very poor selection during breakfast and the staff took ages to clean the dirty tables -please bear in mind that that they do not serve alcohol on this hotel - pool was not maintained well - aircon in the room sounded like an jet engine. Very poor staff and non at all co opreative and not educated to deal with customer. Internet very bad Breakfast is poor Arab hotel non privacy Non clean and their is insecets Very bad services Staff oh my good they are very bad really Layali el sham is very bad and non tasty at all and non arab food. الفلل مكيفاتها غير بارده خدمة العملاء بطيئة فالتجاوب مع العميل. Old room, broken air conditioners, staff did not help, cleaner was breaking them even more. Bright sunlight from early morning. No beach where one can swim. Not very good breakfast. Overall very expensive and nothing luxury about it. If you check out late they will take 100 RM per 1 hour !!!.
