Friendly front desk. Rooms are accessible only by room key card system when using the lift and car park. Very good & safe. Their 2 room apartment was very clean, comfortable. Ours was facing the waterfront. Beautiful! This apartment is highly recommended for families. Quiet area (housing)had a good sleep during my holidays.They even offered an extra pillow when requested. Good breakfast inclusive of their best Dim Sum. But overall, given me a choice, I wouldnt mind coming back here for a go.
all reviews » The overall room was spacious with simple yet trendy design. I particularly like the beige/dark brown color scheme. The rooms were just nice and comfortable and well equipped. There were toothbrush, shaver and even cotton buds :) Breakfast was excellent. I love dim sum so I didn't taste other food. Overall experience was great. I wish I had more time to relax, enjoy the breakfast, the swimming pool etc. Would recommend this place for family day accommodation. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times. We arrived at around 10am and our room was not available. However, as I suggested we would like to shower before spending a whole day in Legoland and after travelling by train all night, they kindly offered us another room to shower. When we arrived in the evening, our luggage was already in our room. The apartments are ok and the terrace overlooking the river is very nice as well. Good train staff,well mannered and courtesy,very very helpful staff espeacially miss azwwa at the front desk lobby.overall you have s complete team staff.we enjoyed every second during our 4days stay and we looking foward to stay at bayu marina resort again and will strongly recommend my family and friends to stay at your resort. I like about Bayu Marina, is their cleanness and comfort, every room has seprate Aircondition even in the sitting area also, Tarrace is quite nice to have a cup of tea in the evening, Nice seprate big parking space with the security and the person on the duity at parking is very courtious and helpfull. Our room was really huge with 2 bedrooms, and it had a living/dining room and a kitchen. It was like we have our own house :) The front desk staff were very accommodating especially Zaiful (I hope I got his name right). Ms. Sugar was also very patient in responding to our email queries. Overall we all we very happy with the resort.. we stayed at 3 bedrooms apartment. Very clean and spacious. The staffs were very helpful and friendly too..very good location if you were to travel to Singapore.. Thanks for the wonderful experience..cheers:). room is studio apartment type, at $80 per night is well worth it. interior was well furnish, clean wif balcony. tv with all required cable channels. plenty of variety for breakfast at cafe. staff service was good. overall a pleasurable stay. 1) Cleanliness 2) Good spread of breakfast 3) Lift access from carpark is good as lift will bring you up to your room 4) Security at the carpark. 5) Surrounding area has enough shopping center and restaurants for a quick bite. 1. My reservation was process promptly and efficiently 2. The Front desk staff name EMA was polite, courtesy and informative. 3. The room was spacious, neat and clean I've a pleasant stay and sure will come back again. Good breakfast, nice pool. We have car and this is good, otherwise is hotel far from city. Though hotel is situated in Permas Jaya away from town, but its near to Senibong Cove where the highly priced seafood is. If you drive, then its ok. The pillows were too soft. The dressing tables/room tables are not lighted. Some of the lights doesn't work because the 2 pins were faulty and can't be inserted into the power socket. But overall I am happy with the place. Breakfast is quite limited in terms of variety. The pool doesn't look very clean. I don't know whether it was the clouds or the colour of the pool itself but it was not inviting. there were very few chairs to enjoy the pool. No spa or massages for my wife.she need to go downtown to get that.i strongly suggest bayu mariana should consider this fecility.one problem we encounter during our stay,is that around 10taxis only 1taxi would bring us back to your resort during in downtown which is not healthy.should tacklethis problem at once because you have such a good location.thank you. Internet access is very poor, I even called at the reception also but they replyed ok we reboot but nothing, it was very furstrating we all brng our laptops and I pad not just nothing. Cleanliness of the bathroom can be further improved. We found several hair strands on the toilet seat cover/bowl when we arrived. We cannot access the free internet during our 3 days/2 nights stay and cable channels were very limited. the location is not yet fully dev area wif several condo, housing construction going on. but wif edl is only 8min drive away fr city centre. if dun drive, will hv to book cab which is not a big deal. 1. carpark gantry not working during stay. only use basement carpark with no lift access( can go up from the carpark but cannot go down to it. need to use staircase). None. That they close pool at 6 p.m. in time of Ramadan because they serve dinner there. House cleaning is not prompt. Wireless internet can be unstable at times. The toilet seat was dirty - not cleaned properly, the pillows were extremely soft. The venue for the breakfast should think of ways to cater for high numbers of customers. The big round tables is not suitable for couples. The waiter should not clean up the food when the customers not yet done with the food. The parking management has room for improvement, as it is quite troublesome for the customers to update the parking ticket at the lobby before going up again to the car park every time. The lift is very slow, long wait has to be expected. Its suppose to be a resort but nothing much there. Maybe cos the place is new. Not much greenery or plants. More like an apartment then a resort. Limited plug point in rooms and living room. Too many plug placed at pantry/ kitchen and it was quite high on the wall. Construction noise during day time. I think my room had no fridge so breast pumping moms do ask regarding fridge availability before booking. View not that great. The card access for the lift is not working many times. The buffet breakfast wasn't very tasty... Stay for 3 nights almost having the same buffet every morning... Breakfast room not of a high standard, limited choice for western tourists. narrow parking. It should be warmer. We took the quad room and had 3 air-conditioners. Unfortunately there was only 1 remote to shared. Small lobby. Breakfast is not that good..it is average kind..they have to concentrate it as per international standards. The breakfast need to improve in variety and taste. Too rigid on extra towel. the umbrella at the pool side was broken. the children corner in the gym could have been better. breakfast can be better. room can be smelly. No astro (satellite channel)for tv. The bedsheet wasn't really clean.had dirt spot on it. The inflexibility of the hotel with regards to early check in. A bit far from main city area. Breakfast was disappointing. Nothing. The carpark machine is every time got problem. The restaurant staff are too slow. Less sign board to the location. The gym could be improved. Room power key slot is not sensitive enough. Need to slot in-out many times. Nothing.
