I like the location.its very near to the restaurants and shopping complex. I like the hotel decoration. Very decorative and creative. The staff is quiet friendly and mostly u can request anything from them and they will try to help you. The room! It is very very small! I mean I paid for rm50 room.but I didn't expect it to be like a 'prison'! Very small with no space to even step on. We get into the room, place our shoes and need to step on the bed straightaway! The toilet is also very small with a room that will spill all the waters out. The bed is dirty and smelly. Besides, the parking lot.they doesnt provide enough parking lots and u have to park ur car by the roadside. U guys really need to fix this problem.
