All the staffs I met from the time I checked in to checked out, all of them extended attentive, friendly , speedy and provided the services to us as a client needed. I am particularly impressed with the security service. I did not noticed his name tag as I was very busy carrying my mum from the wheel chair into the taxi. He is a Chinese gentlemen on duty on 10th March around 8.30pm. The taxi driver refused to send me and my mum to the destination because of her wheel chair could not fit into th.
all reviews » Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money. The room is new. I knew that they did some renovation since this quite a old hotel. I like the new look of the room. Breakfast was good. Room is big for the lowest price that i choose. Very helpfull staff. We found a pair of used panties under the cabinet. -no air conditioning at the corridors -The breakfast food selection limited. - don't have nozzle for WC - parking lot should be maintained and need improvement to be more comfortable and beautiful for new costumers - breakfast is not described for a 4 star hotel. The selection of food for buffet breakfast was limited. Quality fair. Poor room service selection. The buffet breakfast did not have much variety - expecially from an European perspective. I booked two rooms and breakfast for 4 pax, however I came with wife and 3 daughters age 20, 14 and 8... surprisingly the younger (8) daughter was charge for breakfast although she don't eat much and which other hotel normally will not charge for below age 10.. Distance from town centre. the price of the food is a bit unreasonable and the coffee house is a bit boring. Toilet. The rooms are in need of refurbishment. Also, when a party is held in the open atrium, the noise funnels up to the rooms. The function was allowed to carry on until midnight disturbing many guests. Cafe not much choice. None. Stay too short to comment. the facilities need to be upgraded. Wireless charge for 24 hours a day was too much. the bathroom is not provided water pipe and toilet tissue near the toilet bowl. No hair dryer provided. Breakfast. The hotel may be newly renovated but the towels have holes in them. The management should make sure everything is spruced up properly otherwise it is a waste .. Breakfast buffet was disappointing as most of the food were cold. Also had dinner and the browny that came with ice cream was very hard and difficult to chew. 1. Counter service very very very slow. Be it to check in and check out. 2. Indonesian front staff hardly speak loudly. The toilet tap is leaking when you open it. The breakfast buffet was worst as there is not a lot of option especially to those with kids. Heritage Cameron has more choices in breakfast.
