When checking in there was a bit of a confusion ("You did not directly book with us?"), but it finally was sorted out. I guess, it was the person handling my "check in", that was not too familiar with the situation. Near Komtar Station and easy to find after we arriving in Penang. Pool. Close to bus station an din center of city. The service level. Maybe the room is a little bit small for deluxe room but it's ok and therate is affordable.
