all reviews » Excellent staff, no mather what you ask, they will help you as much as possible! The heritage is beautifull, a restored building and reopened shortly before our arrival. Choice of breakfast is little, but it tastes delicious!. the staff were very helpful and it felt like I was at home there. they were also very flexible with check out time and attended to my every question. the rooms are comfy and clean. near to main heritage places. Cintra House was a beautifully restored building and immediately pleasing to the eye. The manager was very nice. The included breakfast was also good. The location suited our purposes very well. I thought the guesthouse was very comfortable and the staff was super nice. Breakfast was also good and is available until 11. Internet is quite fast too. The location can't be better!!. - very nice staff and very helpful (even when you wake them up at 1 in the morning) - Good location and nice and quiet room. the staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. the pictures on letsbookhotel.com lived up to expectations. The style is very nice. Room clean. - Nothing really. Everything was first class. Only remember, you are not allowed to wear your shoes upstairs and have to leave them in a shoe rack behind the reception. -Although Penang is considered very safe, it can get a bit dark in the area surrounding the hotel, so some may feel a little uncomfortable walking around alone in the dark streets. The answer from at least three of the hotel staff when I asked them if it was safe was 'so far so good'. Small bathroom which makes showering an adventure! This was no problem for our four night stay!. although the location was central its good to take extra precaution when out late in the night as the street can be rather seedy. this is especially so for female travelers. I thought that considering the price (220MR@night) that Cintra House lacked some amenities that would have been provided in a similarly priced accommodation (i.e. T.V., fridge, reading lamps by the bedside etc). Though the staff were efficient, they did not engage us in conversation etc. - Breakfast may be a bit light ... The room which are on the road side are too too much noisy. You will not sleep early in the morning.
