Was pretty surprise of the treatment and reception given after redaing sme many negative feedbacks of this hotel. Specail thanks and appreciation to Ms Sharon and her team who have all the patience to guide us to places on interests within walking distance. Helpful in assissting us to get a taxi to the airport. Very clean hotel, pleasant uncluttered design. Rooms/beds very comfortable. Among shopping areas, street markets, view over Macau city. You don't pay for glitz or frills you don't need. No casino atmosphere. Easy bus connections.
all reviews » I like the location for it is near the bus stop, few minutes away from the ferry terminal. some staff can understand English so communication is not a problem. Located near very local restaurants and market. Good for people watching and immerse yourself in the local culture. -The rooms were clean & tidy -The Staff was warm and helpful -Proximity to the Ferry Terminal. Good Service, good staff, clean room, and free wifi. There was a room for 3 people, so with 3 single beds, which is very nice. Hotel was clean. It is in a residential area so there are plenty of eating places around. Rooms are big and comfortable, nice big showers. Free Wi-Fi. clean and comfortable. nice to stay ths hotel. The location is al-right. clean room and best price. Nobody speaks english and portuguese. Not a good hotel compared with others in the same citi. Room was clean, location is ok for Macau Centre. Reception team is friendly. Bathroom looked relatively clean. Location not the best but accesible to reach by bus the center in 20 mins and the casinos area, lots of restaurants and shops near hotel. Price were the lowest I could get but need to compromise n location and service. It took us 30 minutes to go by taxi to Venetian. not too far from the attractions. Free Wi-Fi. Shower came as a surprise on the first night as water comes in hot and cold however their floor service was quick to offer and guided us on how to adjust to the water. no coffee, water on the room. Toilets were quite old. Needed an upgrade but for the price we paid for it's fair. -Sight-seeing locations are not very close by. nothing. The wi-fi was extremely slow, better not to connect to it at all. View from window was really bad. Totally not worth the money we paid. Difficult to get a taxi so need to walk to the main road to get one. Lift is slow. The hotel smells like old stale bread, from the moment you walk in through the front door and in the room too. It's as if the hotel has a moisture problem which they can't get rid of. To top it all they allow guests to smoke in the rooms and passages. When you get out the lift there is a sand bucket with cigarette buds in it,and the whole passage stinks of smoke - disgusting!. no comment. The attitude of the staff required a lot of improvement (especially the front desk staff). Somebody must pointed out to them that they have to treat the guest politely. They're rude & lack of patient. no taxi service. Staff are not have service mind. no drink water tissue paper. staff is not welcoming, no interaction with guests at the time of check-in and during the stay. The minibar was empty! The only thing we found inside was a half can of beer from the previous guest and housekeeping didn't remove it. Kettle and mugs available but unfortunately not sugar, tea, coffee to drink, useless! No safe box available as per hotel description. Too expensive for the service Breakfast not inclusive , but anyway no coffee. Breakfast room smells strongly at fish and cleanliness is not their strength No trink able water in the room, Bath is old and not clean Situation is not convenient and taxi rarely pass by in the street. The location are not convenience,no taxi,far away from town... The hotel was not worth the money, quite high prices, no breakfast available. We spent just one night but it was enough. The bed sheets did not look clean, they were damaged. Hotel decoration quite old style, no renovation, walls in the room would need some painting. The photos on the net did not match with the reality, at least for our room. No safety box in the room only at the reception. The bathtub was just 50cm in hight, but acceptable. No shampoos were there Toilets were not cleaned properly The bath tubs look old and not cleaned for years. not worth for the money. Room smell, Hard to call Taxi, Insufficient bath towel for room and have to make special request through front desk.
