The room is clean and wide enough for my boys (3yo and 1,5yo) to play around. View from the room is nice Close to sendo square, macau tower and some famous hotels casinos, though i didnt get in the casinos, but they were great buildings for you photos' background. Location is good as it is near casinos, shopping areas and restaurants. Rooms are big and clean. Check-in staff was friendly and considerate. He allowed all 12 of us to check in at 11.00am knowing we were tired after the long flight.

Confirmation of bar fridge before finalisation of account, allow 10 minutes. Processing checkout, allow another 10-15 minutes? (4 staff managing this process?). No coffee. For me, when I woke up in the morning I'm always drink coffee. The lobby is a little messy. Buffet breakfast at executive floor poor. continental breakfast was poor. we did not eat there the second day. Wifi available only in reception makes it crowded. Few of the staff know any English. First of all, one lady from the staff at reception was incredibly rude and second, making the reservation, I was charged from my credit card, however upon check-in they told me to pay again and finally charged my card without my permission! Finally, air condition wasn't working properly. - The room(702) had a foul smell - Although we settled the full room charges to the hotel in cash upon check out; the hotel told they had went ahead to charge my credit card for the full stay and told me that they would refund the amount to my credit card after 2 weeks. Since I already settled the full amount in cash, why was there a need to charge then refund to my credit card at all? I did not have such issues in my previous stays at other hotels booked through letsbookhotel.com. The bed was very hard. The hallways are in much need of repairs. Alighting at the Hotel main entrance is a hassle with narrow space to stop a car. Toilet need to revamp, t.v change to LCD/LED and mattress need to replace with softer ones. Lastly, clear directional signages need to be in place for visitors to know where to go to. Staffs are not friendly. Lack of English. Breakfast are totally bad. Some food are empty, no tables enough to cover all guests. reception staff, doesn't take proper care of the guests and may appear rude, four star hotel price and one star customer service. Non smoking room smells smoke. Shuttle bus to ferry terminal too few, every 30mins. Wifi very weak signal in rooms. The price a bit different between internet and when u check in. Service is not great and helpful. Staff too discourteous. The bed should be replaced. Staff not really helpful. No bell boy to assist to carry the luggage. Receptionist not helpful at all and wait for you to call her to check in/check out. the hotel was small, corridors too small, ceiling, not ideal for relaxation. facilities are not nice. rooms are small also. The beds were hard. Guests smoked on Non-smoking floors, completely disregarding the ban. The front-desk reception staff most un-friendly and seems reluctant to answer guest's questions. The treatment. gave us double bed and not very clean. The beds are rock hard!. Unfortunately I have only complaints. 1. The bath was not cleaned. 2. The bed was not western friendly. It was as hard as a table top. 3. The breakfast was not 4 star quality. 4. Reception staff was not very well spoken in English. Having said all this - it could be that this hotel cater better for Chinese visitors. Not Western visitors I will not stay at the Beverly Plaza again. wow, every thing I hate about this hotel, the staff speak no english and very rude, the room is old and broken down, the bed is one you only can see in YMCA motels, it is dirty, filthy and should not even qualify for 1 star let alone 5 star. Very old. Too sam bed for family. Too noise. The room is old and not as per what shown in photo. The room condition is poor and not worth for the money paid. Can always have better choice and simply have better hotel to stay in for such a room rate. Bed and room cleanliness is questionable and toilet/bath room facility is bad.
