  The most helpful hotel staff I have ever met. Both of us lost our luggage via Aeroflot (of course), but the hotel staff worked very hard to help us out. We asked them a lot of questions about where to go and what to do in Bishkek and Kyrgyzstan. The response we got was always friendly and informative. The english skills varies quite alot, but sti... what people say » ll it was not really a problem. Some of the workers speaks english very well, otherrs don't. They got a decent breakfast menu as well. We started and - Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Room was cleaned every day and in principle the facilities were well maintained. The hotel is only 5 min. Drive or 15 min. Walk from the center and hotel staff will call you a taxi always that will drive you for 1-2 eur to most locations in town. Overall - very good value for the money I paid.

  The hotel is newly built, around 4 months old, and the interior design is fabulous. Most of all, the hotel has the most friendly staff I have come across during my visits of Central Asian states. Special thanks to Kimmet and Almas, these guys made my stay a special one. When I needed some local newspapers after I came to airport and I forgot to bu... what people say » y them in the city, Kimmet kindly bought them for me and sent to the airport. Breakfast was nice, freshly cooked and baked. Room was spacious and bed - Excellent English spoken by receptionists. The hotel was immaculately clean and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that the stay was pleasant. I would especially recommend it for those catching very early morning flights - they made up a lovely packed breakfast!

  Stayed in June for 4 nights. We had a room with double bed. This hotel seems to be relatively new. I really recommend this place! Great price, really clean and nice, even nice design. Friendly staff, not sure if they speak English though. A good supermarket just across the street and location is good too. Really a good place! - Spotlessly clean, friendly staff (although not much English is spoken), spacious room (I booked one bed only but stayed in a room of three beds alone - if this were an ordinary hostel, the owners would have put 8-10 beds to the same space!), a good supermarket, shopping mall, fast food stands and a couple of nice bars practically next door.

  The location was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK and included in the price. The hotel felt very safe and the staff was helpful. There was a small gym which was open 7am to 10pm which I used and was adequate. My baggage didn't come and the hotel called the airline daily until it arrived

  I've stayed in many hotels in Bishkek, and this one was a very pleasant surprise. Staff are very helpful, even brought us breakfast in the room, didn't have to sit in the breakfast hall. The price is lower than other similar hotels, like Holiday, Silk Road Lodge etc, but the service is actually better.
