Smiling staff very kind, quickly responsive to any need for support, helpful and professional. I stayed a couple of days and they took care of any requirement I had. Room comfortable and fairly furnished. Wide and good breakfast buffet. Excellent upkeep and prompt service. Availability of multiple restaurats. Friendly Staff Attention to detail Gym Facility Location. staff were friendly and helpful to make stay a pleasant one. Especially Mrs. Reem at the front desk who made sure that I have the room that I booked, made it possible although the hotel was fully booked, and made stay a comfortable one. Restaurant Gym and Business Center staff were also very attentive and helpful. there is an efficient free shuttle service to avenues mall and to the airport.
