The staff is very friendly and understanding, they will assist of you have a situation. Location is perfect ,really close to most Kuwaiti landmarks.very happy with the cleanliness of the place.its very nice for a 3 star hotel indeed . They also have parking areas which was great. Everything was made for my rest and comfort. Hotel is located close to the city center, and I had a beautiful view to the sea. I particularly loved the small "cafe-corner" in my room and appreciated the fridge:).
all reviews » The hotel was good for 2 nights of staying in kuwait. Clean. But I cant rate the staff beacuse I didn't get deal with anyone except the reception staff and they were friendly. It's good to have a wifi. Nice location, friendly staff. Did not charge me for early check in which was a nice surprise. Small and cosy rooms and most important - soundproof. Hotel was very good. We requested for early check in and we got it. Checking in took 10 min only and the hotel was very quite and clean. This time the check-in was crisp. Rooms were ready, we got them as we requested. Thank you Mr. Waleed at the front desk. The location is great and near by everything. Value of money really. One of the best Ibis's that I've been to. Friendly and helpful staff; good enough food and brekfast; LOcation good near to main shopping centre;. Well Located and Clean. Just Covers the essentials that you need for a short visit. The room maybe small for some but it is practical comparing it to the rate. *Front Desk: Check-in was a very lengthy process, due to high occupancy. They charged me two days before, and even cancelled the reservation due to unavailability of cash on my credit card! Why didn't they trust us?!. Facilities like: Shampoo, Soap, Slippers...etc. you have to carry your bags no staff. The parking is small. very small room. too tight and compact bathroom, cant have a decent shower or toilet. It was very indecent and inappropriate of them that they took 30KD =100$ more on the price we booked for, by claiming it is for a 24 hour cleaning room service(this is not for ordering any room service)!!! Knowing that there is no taxes in Kuwait, so this destroied their credibility. Actually we want this amount of our money back. small parking area. I have le club accor membership and I told ibis sharq staff, but i didn't get any point for the stay. -one staff only working at reception took more than 10 minutes to check in/out -Room doors are not sound proof, I could hear kids screaming on the hallway at 1 am for 30 min..not nice. لاتتوفر خدمات تنظيف الغرف مساء مواقف الفندق مكشوفه ومعرضه للشمس طوال النهار. My room was in Non smoking floor but the A\C brings all kind of smells from rooms and street, which was so annoying. Also the bathroom wall makes sounds of laking water I couldn't really sleep.
