Staff spoke English so all was stellar. - This hotel is a good deal price vs. quality in an overall expensive city like Seoul. The Yaksam metro station is 7 min walk and Gangnam alone is worth visiting. The room is very cool, with modern design and every single thing you might need for your stay, from shower gel to creams that I did not even know what they're for. Add to this clean and comfortable and you've got the perfect hotel in Seoul.

  Nice apartment-style rooms, good beds. We loved the jacuzzi and the hot tube in the gym área downstairs. Fantastic to relax after walking around all day. A small supermarket, two good restaurants and a very nice cafe next door and more cafes and restaurants near by. The rooms on the non-smoking floor are new and nicer than the other ones! Make sure you let them - The hotel is very well located at the center of Seoul with easy access to all tourist sites, shopping and restaurant.The place is clean, well equiped with washer dryer and the room was great. We enjoyed the pool, the gym and discovered the roof top terrace for a quick breakfast.I would highly recommend the place for a family or simply for someone looking for a low key kind of hotel that makes you fee like you are payingthe big money.

  Our check-in at the front desk took less than a minute as the staffs were well prepared. The front desk responded to our request of baby crib with super efficiency even at late 10pm! Our whole family including my young kids of 7, 4.5 and 2 years old simply love this hotel. The room is huge even for 5 of us to stay and it's so homely & well tho... what people say » ught and designed - a separate tatami sitting area with daily Nepresso coffee provided and facial masks. Though breakfast was not included but for usd - Very close to the Metro line and shopping centres. Hotel staff were very efficient and attentive. I booked a family room for myself and my two daughters and we were all very pleased with the space, comfort and design of the room. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak

  Thankyou to Mr Mark of front desk..always there to assist..he speaks english and also indonesian.arranged us for my daughters skiing trip and also taxi to change hotel after 2 nites. Also Mr Ryu the manager in his favourite brown attire...when we arrived..2 Rooms were ready out of 3 and check in early...he provided some snacks cos was just past br... what people say » eakfast time at no charge...after we ordered and paid for beverages.we just arrived and its still cold I like the cute small balcony. 2 computers with - The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless, with crisp, white bedding and the bathrooms were pristine. We chose the "breakfast included" option and were glad for it. The restaurant has a lovely, varied buffet and good brewed coffee (...with real cream! Try finding that, even in a coffee shop in Korea!) the hotel is about a five minute walk to the nearest metro.

  We stayed in Classic 500 for 7 nights. The apartment is huge and well equipped - washer/dryer, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave cum convection oven, etc. It is indeed home away from home. The staff are generally good in English and is able to understand what we want. Across Classic 500 there's the Rode - Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. For the price we paid, we got a huge apartment with a big living room and bed room. Really felt like we were staying at our own home. The clean, modern design is wonderful. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. WIth our 9 months old baby crawling around every where, it was nice that the floor was wood & marble. The bed in the bedroom is also huge that literally you can fit 3-4 people on it if you are a family. The bed was also super comfortable
