Extreme helpful staffs who can speak English, clean, location, affordable, unlimited wifi, toilet in room (not sharing) and very well equipped. Kpop provided a guide from airport to kpop (please get this by emailing them-its pretty useful).

Common fridge too small for storing, the staff did helped us to find a space to store our food. Bringing in luggage to and from kpop to public transport is very tedious. Kpop1 is nearer to road where taxi can stop for airport transfer.
Quiet and dark for the lobby of the building (apartment is on 3/F-5/F) after 22:30. There are quite many invisible places and easy to have people hidden. Single lady should avoid going back the apartment too late at night.

The rooms are very tiny. It is also very noisy - walls are paper thin, can be quite hard to get sleep especially if people in the other rooms are night owls.
Small room. As it is located near the street, there is a strong food smell coming into the rooms if you open the windows.
