The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of Myeongdong. It's easy to go around because it is close to the subway station. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and provides enough facilities you may want for your trip. I arrived around midnight, the check in desk was very nice and ir is the whole feeling that i experienced there that make me like my staying at the hotel. Plus the toilet is very nice!!.

I was told by the staff the international call rate is 500won per min but when I checked out it become 1000won per min. Room too small. the room is very small,i went there during winter me & my friend also bring a huge luggage and it very cramp. a bit noisy during the midnight. Nothing. I split my stay over a few bookings and in the end, I was overcharged for 2 nights. While it was reversed, the overcharge was not brought to my attention. I had to discover it, check with the counter then they told me about it. No laundry facilities on site. My room has a window that has a fake setting outside the window. I paid a little extra to have a window to look outside but was disappointed that it's sort of a "fake window". Room are small. Mosquitoes in rooms. room size is too small; no cutlery in room. Insufficient security measures as compared to other hotels in the vicinity. To board the shuttle bus i need to walk to skypark 3 hotel which was inconvenient when we had a lot of baggage. Location is inconvenient if you wish to call a cab as it is not able to have any vehicles come right in front of the hotel. room was small and no window, walls were too thin. The room is small. Too close to the elevator, a bit noisy.
