We enjoyed the food, nature, the green area, the beach, swimming pools, the food in particular was fantastic, with lots of varieties, different meals to serve various purposes, there was freshly sqizzed juice and unlimited supply of fresh fruits, the children enjoyed playing in the pool, my wife and I enjoyed playing table tennis, and shooting pool. Overall, it was one of the best holiday experiences we ever had.

Daily activities, dinner shows, the meals were fantastic, helpfulness of the staff members. Have the lights fixed at Room B2.I had to sleep in darkness. Everything was cool, especially ocean and safari :). the beach and pool was excellent nice and big room. Loved the location and tranquility of the resort. freindly, helpful. Spacious and children friendly. Ambience, food was ok. good pool and cocktails. The cleaners could do better when cleaning the toilets, I has to do it again after them, the rooms were not so spacious but the balcony made up for it. Tv in room didn't work well which normally wouldn't be an issue at all but there was a security incident in town one day - burned churches - riots and we wanted to get the news. Apart from that was great. Only the breakfast was a bit short in foods variety, thinking in people with different tastes or meals preferences, comparing with another similar hotels where I have been in Coast. On this season time I found the beach and sea water with much weeds. Nothing in particular. Rooms could be made a bit more appealing inside. That nobody swim in the ocean :(. the staff was not kindly. Hated that the guy tried to charge me more util I called him out on it. Also hated that employee at pool bar knocked my iPhone over into the pool, no apologies given till I asked for them when checking out, lack of employees ownership. too much hastle on the beach. Keeping of cat some with ugly look. Pillows were not comfortable. facilities such as gym and cyber cafe shut at 6pm. i was supposed to have a call at 6am to help with my luggage but it didnt come and the phone in my room did not work. air conditioning broke in 1st hour of stay.
