It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv. Location is good, but I recommend you to take a cab from Shinjuku station and remember the route. Stayed there for 8 days from 10/03 to 18/03.
