Location is VERY good. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and food-stores in a minute walk. The staff is very friendly and ready-to-help. The rooms are made every day. Several metro stations are in 3-minute walk - easy to travel across the city. The rooms were very clean. The restroom was roomy. Great location. Only 2 blocks away from Ginza and a few meters away from the metro station.

Two people could not have stayed ( no possible way to fit two suitcases). I literally walked in and had option but to either sit or lie on bed. even if you can let your luggage at the lobby for the last day, the personal did not allow us to stay in the lounge in order to wait for our late flight. Tiny room, even for Tokyo mid price hotels. No outlook to relieve the sense of enclosure. Dated decor and scuffed walls and floor. Cable TV an extra fee. rooms too small, no flexibility at all. will never get back again.
