I had a good experience using this as an overnight stop after a long trip from the U. S. It's located close to Tokyo Station with easy access to the Shinkansen. Room size is typical of a standard japanese hotel with beds softer than most. They serve a nice Japanese breakfast. Great location and very good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Location was convenient - 10 min walk from Tokyo Station, 2min to Kyobashi St on the Ginza Line and 1 min toTakaracho St on the Asakusa Line, which will give you quick access to pretty much anywhere. The breakfast room staff were super friendly - I was meeting 2 people in the morning, and they were welcomed in for a free coffee while we got our plans together. By night, the breakfast room is a pub, with an extensive range of Sake, and decent food. For the area, it is a pretty affordable price,. Location, very convenient to reach everywhere due to only few steps to two metro stations. The hotel is centrally situated near the JR Station and main shopping street. Location is perfect only 3 minute walk to kyobashi station (ginza line). Easy acess and near Tokyo station walking distance. Friendly staff. location. Close to the Tokyo central railway station. Near main subway. Only minor issue was there was no hair dryer. As a non-Japanese, the breakfast was not the best part. The breakfast was only Japanese style (fish, rice and pickles), and didn't include the usual or ordinary items like scrambled egg or cereals, milk or coffee. I was quite disappointed : ( The light over the desk is quite not comfortable for working at night. Very small room (but it's Tokyo!). Slow elevator. Automated check in did not work. Breakfast was fine but would have preferred a few more 'western' breakfast items. wi-fi didn`t work. Room size. Small rooms if you're staying more than a day or two. I got a double room, but it was still tiny. Area immediately around the hotel is a bit deserted at the weekend / after dark, but Ginza and Shinbashi are pretty close by. Room is awful small even for us, small size less than 115 lb and 5' 6" tall. We could hardly move around in the room without one of us stepped away to the hall. The staff could hardly speak English. Communication was difficult. The rooms are exceptionally small with hardly any space for a suitcase and no space to unpack your clothes. This is a hotel for business people staying over for only one night. Breakfast consists of Japanese food only. 1) stupid and unfriendly receptionists who cannot smile at all. 2)very small reception area with only two seats ( NO LOBBY) 3) earlier check-in before 3 PM will be charged around 1100 ¥ per hour 4) very small room. Rooms a bit small. Strict policy of checking in after 15:00 Did not have plug adapters. small room. very small. Check-in time only from 15-00, but check-out is in 11 AM! If you wish to check-in before 15-00 you need to pay 2000 JPY per hour additionaly. Staff can't speak english. Room is very-very small (12 m2) for $140. Double room <12 sq mt too small for 2 western people, staff does not speak any english.
