This hotel is mainly for businessmen. My husband and I liked the price and the reviews and were not disappointed. The rooms were small but most rooms are in Japan. The room was very clean. The location was easy to get to from Kansai airport. My husband and I enjoyed the great traditional breakfast that was served in the morning. The staff didn't speak much English but we were able to understand each other enough. I would stay here again.
all reviews » The wifi stopped working in the rooms and they did not seem that concerned. There is no lobby to sit and check emails either. The room was fine, not too big, not too small. The breakfast was fine. The people at the front desk spoke English pretty well. I was able to walk to the river, Castle and about 30-40 minutes to Dontonburi nightlife area. Clean, comfortable and nicely situated. It might not look like it, but the hotel is located right next to the Osaka Castle. You can walk across the street and you're there, very convenient for sightseeing without being in the center of the night-life district like Dotonbori. Overall a good value for money hotel to stay. Location, location, location!!! A perfect place to stay for the value of your money and it only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the lovely and grand OSAKA Castle! Plus the hotel is only about 3 minute walk to the subway station and it gets you to the heart of OSAKA city!. Friendly staff, perfectly located beside a metro station which took you to all the Osaka interests within 10 minutes! Room was clean and well equiped. Free breakfast is included in the already affordable price. The hotel is very near to the subway exit 8 but the fleet of stairs at this exit can really make carrying heavy luggage a chore. Room size, location. We stayed on the 10th floor and our wifi did not work the whole time. Wifi worked fine on the second floor during breakfast. Nothing. The advantages outweighs the disadvantages and thus I have nothing negative to write!. Room is quite small, but this is the Japanese standard. The counter staff are friendly but not really able to communicate with us well in English. The breakfast area has not enough seats for guests, usually waiting is needed. It's was poor wifi in the room, we staying in 6 floor and wifi is not working. Air-conditioner quite unstable in temperature & wind output. small rooms. Don't expect any staff speaking English. The wifi connection is weak and bad, can't access to websites and certain mails. Rooms very small. Expected twin beds, but got 2 rooms with doubles. Son had to sleep with his dad and me with my daughter. Wifi only worked if stood on bed and reached up to ceiling. No western food available at breakfast. Noisy aircon, thin wall (can hear elevator), coldest staff we've seen in Japan in three weeks travel, ask for the payment not at check in but at the drop luggage moment looks a bit unfriendly (at check in time is alright but before even check-in seems to me not really fair).
