-True Venice experience! The hotel is located on one of the small canals, so finding the hotel was an adventour in itself. Its entrance is located on a small side street and you walk through the ground floor of the building (past the canal boat entrance) to get to the rooms. It felt like we were staying in a Venice residence instead of a hotel. - Friendly, helpful staff - Great location - few minutes away from the main tourist areas, but far enough so that it was very quite - Room was lovel.

It isn't easy to find, but use the directions on the website along with a map and you'll figure it out eventually. The staff is very friendly, which is a big plus. We made the reservation at the last minute so we didn't have many choices. The room was big. The decor was a little strange. The breakfast was fine. Did I mention the staff is very friendly? That was the biggest plus. The hotel has a nice location, away from noisy crowds, but quite close to all main attractions. Our room had a very nice decor, mixing old furniture with modern amenities. The staff are genuinely welcoming and friendly, making you feel at home. The stuff is very friendly and hospitable. Hotel's location is very convenient both for sightseeing and water bus stops. The interior reminds ancient Venice apartemt that presents a charming atmosphere of romance. Fun location, historic home with friendly helpful staff. My whole family left with multiple bites all over our bodies. The internet wasn´t very good. I had trouble connecting to the network with my phone. It could have been my phone, or the room was far from the router. Bed was very uncomfortable, far too soft. Each and every room in the hotel is of different size and interior. The room shown on website were not available to all. The hotel is misleading people by showing 1 or 2 good rooms and putting people in smaller and cheaper rooms. In one of the rooms, taking a shower was impossible due to lack of space. Main room lock was about to fall off. Cupboard doors were broken. Bathroom door won't lock. Not at all worth the money they are charging. Feel being cheated. Spoiled the holiday.
