Beautiful hotel I loved it was amazing very clean rooms nice romantic design. فندق جميل من اجمل الفنادق التي اقمت فيها في ايطاليا و السعر كان رائع مقارنة بمميزات و فخامة الغرفه والفندق. يبدو انه مجدد حديثا. Staff are nice and helpful. يتعامل الموظفون بود و لطف و يساعدون النزلاء. Location is great but not easy to get there the first time, I think its better to use a map not gps I think its easier. Just focus on the bridges and it will be easy. الموقع رائع لكن ليس من السهولة الوصول الى الفندق الم.
all reviews » The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided. The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel. The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily stai in Hotel . Excellent location next to San Marco Piazza and San Zaccaria Ferry terminal. Nice & clean rooms. Very friendly breakfast lady that prepares great cappuccino. Fresh eggs cooked to order. Very helpful staff with concert reservations. Receptions arranged a free boat ride to Murano island to see glass factory (Boat ride was more enjoyable than the gondola ride). Staff were really helpful with general information. Room was elegantly decorated, a great size, bed was comfortable, great breakfast, free iced tea in bar and free mini bar in room (beer, water and softdrinks) ... and the hotel was just a few minutes walk from San Marco Piazza. The staff were very helpful, lovely breakfast, again a very helpful and friendly lady serving who cooked as an egg and bacon breakfast, good position ,on busy street very quiet.Convenient for all the sights,5 mins from water bus station, would go again.
