Location,services. Excellent location, room decor very nice and spacious, bathroom very clean,and nicely decorated. Staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast,staff on an evening turned down the sheets, changed towels again, left chocs,and a weather forcast for the following day.The hotel is beautifully appointed, convenient but quiet location, great staff, great breakfast and A/C good. Room was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

- From the car parks, you can take a water taxi (20 minutes) or the ACTV water bus lines 1 or 82. Take the ACTV line towards Rialto–Vallaresso (San Marco) and get off at Vallaresso (San Marco) or San Zaccaria.

By Plane:
- From Venice International Marco Polo Airport, take the free shuttle bus, which will bring you to the Marina/Darsena in just a few minutes. From here you can take a water taxi (30 minutes) or the Alilaguna public water bus. By taking the private water taxi you can use the hotel’s private water landing.
- From Treviso International Airport, you can take a taxi (30 minutes) or an ATVO - Eurobus to Venice Piazzale Roma Terminal (one hour). From the Terminal, you can take a water taxi (20 minutes) or the ACTV public water bus lines 1 or 82 and follow the directions above.
