From the waterbus stop located just outside the hotel you can reach St. Mark’s Square, in Venice, in about 10 minutes. The waterbus stop offers regular service to Marco Polo Airport, Piazzale Roma Bus Terminal and Venezia Santa Lucia Railway Station as well.

Lido is more affordable and tranquil than Venice - and yet very close to it. The seaside resort has also attractions of its own, including the beach (the hotel can arrange sun beds and umbrellas on request) and the Venice Film Festival.

The hotel offers charming views of the lagoon and unforgettable sunsets. A wellness area is available with sauna and whirlpool. Guest rooms are clean, comfortable and fitted with all conveniences.

We stayed there for one night. Liked everything. The room was spacious and had a balcony from which we could see the lagoon. Breakfast was real good. It is right across the road from the Lido water bus stop and San Marco is 15 minutes by Vaporetto. Great hotel! Beautiful view! Clean and nice room! Delicious breakfast! Free champagne and snack! Friendly and helpful staff! I like it very much~.

There was a stale smell in the room.Booked a double room and was given a twin. The staff were quick to fix the problem when I mentioned it to them, however. Getting there by the boat from the ferrovia takes a long time, but there is a faster boat to go there. However, be warned that it does not come as often.It was a shame they used plastic cups instead of glasses at breakfast, as everything else was really nice. Would be nice to have had coffee/tea making facility in bedroom and minibar. Was a bit noisy as room faced onto street. Breakfast was kind of standard with average selection of food.Very squeaky bed. The airconditioning did not work well in our room, but they changed us to another room that was much better.We asked for a double bed but got two king singles put together. This however is quite common in Europe?? No bar fridge, or iron. Drycleaning/ironing service is available through the hotel at quite a cost. Not luxury but very cute and cosy if you dont mind the beds.
