Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city.
The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying.

We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling.
I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need.
The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.
The location is excellent, about 5-10 mins walk to Termini. There is a very small lift that can fit in two adults and luggage. The room is clean and bright, the bed is soft and comfortable.
Close to the railway station with very convenient public transportation. Very kind stuff who is willing to show you the route for travelling and give suggestions.

We got a cold in Rome and wanted to have some hot tea desperately, but there is no way to get hot drinking water at night. The owner can speak very limited English. The shower facility was not perfect, I am not very sure if it worth the money or it is just the norm of Rome.
Wifi has problem all the time and the place is hard to find unless you have been there once.
Staff is not good at English but no problem for basic communication.

The quality of wifi is so poor. Also, The hotel is in six floor. Before I check-in, I don't have key to turn on the elevator so I need to carry my luggage to six floor.
