Excellent location just behind Piazza Navona, convenient to Pantheon, Vatican, Tiber River and all things ancient. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and amenities. While the room was large, 1/2 of our room was taken up by an oversized hot tub. Closet was minimal, no desk or comfortable place to sit and work on laptop. Location was good but in a very busy/noisy location that required you to keep the windows shut at night for sleeping. Thin walls, you can hear other guests talking in their rooms. But apart from that the room was towards the courtyard and was quiet. The room was spacious enough with a lovely bathroom but the rooms were packed into a floor of a large building. It felt likes rabbit warren getting to our room . No irons provided. small but it was fine since we were only spending a couple nights in Rome. We were rarely in the room and would definitely stay there again. room small but enought for some days in Rome. Smallish rooms, doors between the corridors and rooms offer no sound insulation. The hotel is located on a second floor to which there is no elevator service from the ground level. Getting luggage up is an issue. had to go to a restaurant on Navona Plaza for breakfast, not available on Navona premises. Needs more attention to cleanliness,. The suites are not suitable for children- there were a lot of stairs and no elevator. The rooms although clean were too small and reminded of halls of residence - there wasn't even a hook to hang the towels. The hotel is too narrow and there is no light. 1. The rooms are very small. 2. This room has NO windows. 3. Ventilation and air conditioning did not work. 4. Breakfast in a nearby building, in the worst cafe in town. 5. Breakfast was AWFUL, the staff at the breakfast kidding, VERY unpleasant place. It was not clean, there was hair on the bathroom floor, the margins of the bad were covered in dust, the staff was not replacing what we were consuming from minibar, it is not properly a hotel, the window is facing the inside courtyard which is smelly, etc. Noisy Very bad smell in the room Hardly any place for personal belonging Cleaning B&B where Breakfast is not included (a surcharge of €12 per person & day. Much too expensive to what it has to offer. Extremely small room No wifi in the room.
