The room was spacious and clean. It had several secure doors to gain entry so was extremely safe. My room overlooked a piazza which was nice. I had all conveniences I needed - wifi, bar fridge, hair dryer that worked efficiently. It was good value for money. The hotel has a wonderful location! We lived in the centre of the city! The room was very good for us)Thank you very much!We hope to visit your hotel one more time!.

Excellent location ideally situated and within easy walking distance of all major attractions. The room was clean and right down the street from the beautiful Piazza Navona. location! It made you feel like you we're a local. Location, staffs advice,. We were happy with our stay but the facilities were not fancy. However, this depends on expectations and this was balanced by the excellent location just off Piazza Navona. Very central and conveniently located for our walking-based visit. Lots of good restaurants very close by along with Rome's best Gelati 2 blocks away. Receptionist was very helpful. This was overall, pretty fair value for money. The location of the hotel is almost in piazza navona which is a very big square and always busy and you can find everything you want downstairs. The room is spacious. Location is excellent. The reception is in another building and although it is mentioned that you are allowed to choose where to stay they just decided that we were going to the tower. The staff that received as, tried to be nice but they made us wait a long time because they did not have the key to our room. location friendliness. On arrival you are greeted with a locked door. There is no reception at Casa di Sara, you need to go to their office up the road at no 35, but you were left to find that out for yourself. The friendly waiters at the cafe downstairs helped us out, otherwise we wouldn't have known. Once we found their staff, they were very helpful and friendly. There was street noise at night and early in the morning. It was very hard to find and confusing to check in. The location of the check in was several doors down the street and barely labeled. The locals must see lost visitors a lot because they we're very helpful. With no one around we might not of ever found it the office. basic. The big down-side was we had a room above the street and, while interesting, this was very noisy until sometimes 4am. This was a problem for me but not my wife or kids. The noise in the street at night, you cant open the window from the noise, carrying the bags for 3 floors was a disaster for me, the wifi connection was very poor almost not there, no metro stations close so you have to depend on the buses which means sometimes waiting for more than 30 mins at the station, the water boiler was dirty and need to be changed. When I arrive they give me room that was awful with very small toilet and without window as in jail. They don't tell about this and don't show this on pictures. After one night when I insist on giving me another room they was very "kind" and give us another room. Please ask about good room before booking. The steps... We was told 2. floor, but the rom was located high up and it was difficult to bring big suitcases up the stairs. It was in the beginning difficult to find the reseption. Shower facilities atrocious! No consistent hot water. Beds were as hard as a rock. Pillows inadequate. kitchen not clean Enough. Breakfasts. Very noisy even with windows closed. The bed was very hard. Is not a real B&B, the breakfast is in a small caffe on the street. location aesthetic of hotel interior and exterior.
