Central location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast excellent for its purpose. Excellent location - away from the train station yet still close to walk. In the middle walking distance to all the great sites plus quick walk to metro. We had a room which looked like in a renovated part of the building which was brand new bathroom and excellent for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was excellent value for a 3 star also. Friendly staff that all speak good English.

The staff at reception were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was very comfortable and a good size. Very good location. The room was much nicer than the ones in the photographs on the website.The room (towards to backyard) was very silance, no noice at all inspite of the area (near city center). Excellent location. 10 Minutes walk to Terminus, Coluseum, and Trevi Fountain and parallel street to Nazional. Irish bar 2 minutes but don't use restaraunts two doors away, or the one at top on corner of Nazional.The rooms we stayed in (a double and a cuadruple one) were quite big and confortable. The situation was perfect in walking distance to the city center (Piazza Venezia) and to Termini. We enjoyed the receptionist who spoke English very well. It was a pleasure speaking with him and learning about the Italian culture.the hotel is very well located in relation to the train station and is very near famous landmarks. Clean, comfortable, well situated. Staff responsive amd courteous.Location, tourist orientated, the personnel. city center. The hotel is good, the location of the hotel is perfect, only 15 minutes on foot to Trevi fountain and Coliseum. However, the single room is too small and the window view is bad. The staff was outstanding. They were friendly and helpful. They spoke English which helped in communications. I would particlularly like to commend desk staff Helga and Roberto.Location is very good and the breakfast is a perfectly reasonable spread. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. sight seeing. staff. location. Our room was a little noisy early morning due to some washing machines going occasionally and cleaners. The room heating didn't work so it was a bit cold but we had extra blankets. The only negative was the price.. 126 euros per night for a room at the far end of the 3rd floor with the exotic view of someone elses balcony (1m distance) i think is a bit high!!! I guess that's what you must pay if you want to be in a walking distance to everything in the center of Rome..In spite of requests to fix a broken bathroom light, it remained broken for the duration of the stay. It was missing some bread in the breakfast in some mornings and no sausage was available. The breakfast was ok, but nothing marvellous. Some fruit would be appreciated. The female receptionist did not speak English very well, therefore it was difficult to communicate with her. However, she was kind to us. Also, there should be more garbage cans in the rooms and small wash cloths to wash oneself with.I thought that breakfast at the hotel was only average.There really could be more bread available and some fruit as well perhaps bananas and apples. coffee.poor breakfast. The shower did not work when I arrived. But they fixed it as soon as possible after I advised them of the problem.Work was being carried out in the room next to us and, coupled with the lack of soundproofing in the entire room (walls too thin, window not double glazed etc) it got a tad too noisy at times. it was cold , poor breakfast. breakfast was a little poor. The telephone in my room did not work.

The hotel is located in the heart of Rome, only a few minutes from Palazzo del Viminale and Palazzo del Quirinale. It is only 40 metres from Via Nazionale, but the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The Termini train station is 15 to 20 minutes walking distance away or you can take bus numbers 64 or 170 to go almost everywhere in town. The stop is a one minute walk away. The metro station line A is a 5-minute walk away and takes you across town until the Vatican City, line B (a 10-minute walk) will take you to the Ostia beach, passing by Ostia Antica.
