Staff was great, friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel was in a section of town very easy to get to from Metro with lots of good restaurants around. Proximity to station and train to airport. No problems walking even at night. Excellent continental buffet breakfast. The hotel was very clean and accessible to major tourism spots in Rome. The staff was friendly. Clean, comfortable room, helpful staff, great location to everything.

They all speak English and most speak other european languages. The Breakfast was excellent, we had to book a time slot but this was absolutley no problem at all. We had two three bed rooms and each room was very comfortable with on suite toilet, shower and bidet. the towels were changed daily and rooms cleaned to a very high standard.The hotel was very near the main train station, the staff was great andthe room very clean and comfortable (seems it was recently renovated).Breakfast was also very good. Responsive staff, pleasant room, ideal location. Good breakfast (for Italy). Extremely friendly and helpfull staff. Easy to find location. I was checking out at 3 the next morning so would miss breakfast. I was asked if I would like an early breakfast and wake up call. I declined as it would be too early for breakfast so instead they put a few bottles of drinks in the fridge in my room for me. Very near the station which is good if you are going for early train/bus connection to airport. The hotel has a great location, a 5 minute walk to the train station and the metro and city buses. Street side rooms could be a bit loud for light sleepers but the window and shutters do a good job of blocking most of the sound. Excellent reading lights and very good WIFI.The room was really spacious and clean, the bathroom fine, staff very helpful and cordial. The hotel is right near the station which is great for getting around Rome. I'd recommend this especially for the price. The price! It was a bargain and the best rate we had during our trip. Somewhat noisy. No hot water after 8am in the morning, noise of the main st is very very loud, but I believe there are room on the other side that do not face the main st so possibly could be quieter. Mattresses were't very comfortable. smell of the elevator. Walls are a bit thin. Would benefit from better sound insulation.
