Everiting was perfect for me.... New , clean room .... Very nice and helpful satff...?air-conditioning, litle safe in room... 50 m to Termini station... many things to choice on the breakfast... very good value for money!!!!. location. At the time there were renovations taking place upstairs during the day and it was difficult to rest after a long flight but eventually the hotelier arranged for them to stop. Bed a little bit uncomfortable.It was very noisy, loud music and lots of noise until very late. Sometimes noice from the hotel reception (for example when they were speaking on the phone). The area around Termini is not the best of Rome, but is very convenient as transport.Improve the breakfast. At least have some bread. The bathroom is very, very tight; if you are carrying heavy luggage, youhave to struggle with some steps before reaching the lift. Anyway, allin all I would recommend the hotel to anyone.The hotel is located in a very dirty, busy and ugly area of rome. The room and bathrool looked old. They did not have a room for breakfast so it was brought up to our room. The breakfast was not great since there was nothing fresh...meaning the toast were prepacked, the croissants were prepacked as well....and the coffee was not that great either. no coffee available, seedy part of town, dont bother with the breakfast. But for the price it was good value to stay here for a short stay, We didnt expect a top class hotel so were not dissapointed. Unfortunately it turned out to one of these huge buildings where each floor is a different " hotel" View from window was - a building And the guide-book tells us that this area of Rome is to be avoided after dark . Breakfast in the room sounds nice, but it means a very minimal pre-selection on a tray, no choice, no refills. - and no chance to meet any other guests.
