Quality of Accommodation. quiet location,comfortable reception area,bedroom satisfactory,staff mostly helpful.Disappointed pool was closed but understand it was due to anticipatedweather conditions. poor breakfast,not 5 star.Had changed booking dates,with cheaper rate for new dates-hotel attempted to charge more expensive rate.Overall felt overpriced for facilities,perhaps better during summer months when pool and gardens open.
