The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arrival back to our room the second day they had replaced the pack and play with the roll away with out is even asking.
all reviews » We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence. Exemplary service, the staff made you feel welcome the moment you arrived. All staff were more than happy to assist with transport, tours and recommendations for memorable dining. The expansive pool is brilliantly maintained with a beautiful vista. The superior rooms are spacious with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Nice atmosphere with very friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Good location,not far from center. Specially many thanks to senior Luigi from reception for super professional work. Bravissimo! You need to get a password for wifi at the reception for every 24h, the wifi itself was quite slow. The water in the pool was a bit cold but still good enough for us to swim. There was no air conditioning & I was informed that it is turned off at that time of year -unfortunately it was unusually warm for November. I did not sleep well as it was hot with the windows shut but due to the noise from the traffic I was unable to leave a window open! The basin in the bathroom had quite a large crack & I found that to be very disappointing. Somewhat distant from Rome's main touristic places. It is rather far away to the city center such as Spanish stairs or Trevi Fountain. You either need to walk 30-40min or need to take taxi. Breakfast a little poor. Living under ground hight. Poor kitchen in the apartment. Old and out dated hotel. Located far from restaurants and the city. You have to take the tramp or taxi every time. little bit out of town but very accessible by public transport or a nice walk. It's not central which means you have to take either tram and metro or taxi to go to the centre. It's not that I didn't like, it's just a fact. Not very close to the shops. poor on a variety of breakfasts, tasteless coffee, lack of heating in the number in case of cold weather. Room was looking on the main street, too nosy, could hear every tram that passed. Outdated equipment, need remodeling. Bar closed. Poor selection of food at the breakfast. We were disappointed by the noisy room we have at the first floor on the street front side. It was impossible to sleep after 7h00 am because of the noise.
