Quick connection to Venice historic centre, day and night, is possible with water buses travelling back and forth every 10 minutes. The nearest stop is Murano Colonna, less than 400 metres away. Venice Marco Polo Airport is a 25-minute water-bus ride away. Piazza San Marco is less than 10 minutes’ away by water bus.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, we were very lucky to be given a room overlooking the canal which was great. Cesare (owner of the hotel) could not be more helpful. He truly made a good hotel into a great one! Very personal, easy to get to from the boat stops, and a very short boat ride to the main island. Wouldn't hesitate in going back. Hospitality of Cesare the owner was second to none - friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and lived up to the online description. Location on Murano was perfect - central for everything yet not on the main canal so retained peace and quiet.

He was most helpful in making sure we know where to go and what to do in and arround Murano as well as Venice. We would definitely stay here again!. location is excellent, short walk from the waterbus station, access to Venice was so easy, yet so tranquil to be out on Murano. We had a room overlooking the canal, lovely. Cesare was wonderfully helpful, a very good host. Cesare, the owner, was welcoming and very helpful, including with a late arrival and early departure. The location is perfect - an ideal escape from the manic-ness of Venice, but an easy ferry ride to anywhere. Excellent location for something a little different to Venice yet so easy to get to Venice.The canal view room was spectacular and Cesaere an excellent and welcoming host. The owner cesare is absolutely delightful. We loved every moment we spent there. So hospitable and helpful in all ways. We would definitely return. Loved almost everything about this place, perfect if you want to be removed from Venice at night. Staff is wonderful!!!. Milano is a quiet spot close to Venoce. Owner nice,polite and advised us a lot. The Murano Palace is well located with views over the canal. The room was excellent and well-decorated in classical style. Cesare is almost overpoweringly helpful. There was nothing that we didn't like. Murano is wonderful if you are looking for a relaxing city break, and is only minutes from the main hustle and bustle of main venice. Only downsides are that almost nothing seems to open in Murano after 8pm, so dinner has to be in Venice. Bed was a little too firm, although that is a matter of personal taste. Access to tea/coffee facilities apart from breakfast would have bed nice. No cheese or meat slices for the croissants at breakfast, but the coffee was great. nothing!. Only negative was that it was difficult to get to Venice at night...where the night boats ran from made it almost an hour trip to get into town. Missed the last vallbrettp back to the island and had to purchase expense taxi back. Room a bit small,no lobby.... It is really rooms with a breakfast room and small reception desk. The 'Palace' and 'Hotel' are somewhat inappropriate. It is expensive compared with other accommodation in Murano although there are only 3 (one just opened) other hotels and in season accommodation is booked.
