There is a permanent exhibition of the works and designs of the artist Venini on site. A wellness area with sauna, hammam and emotional shower, is available at the property. If you want to take a tour of the Venetian Laguna you can take the public water bus. The hotel's stop is Museum, which can be reached by water buses 4.1, 4.2 and 3 leaving from either the airport or the train station. The trip usually takes 40 minutes.

This hotel was top class & great value for money via this website as we got 4 x nights in superior room with breakfast for £400! We also got a complimentary transfer in a private vaporetta from the airport & back plus we could use the free vaporetta provided by hotel to go to Venice (literally stops at St Marks) each day (the mooring is outside hotel too so super convenient) which was fantastic as saved us £100's & only way to travel in style really! The hotel is very smart & qu.
all reviews » what can I say? fantastic hotel in every way, arrived very late about 11.30, staff were very helpful, gave us complementary drinks, bedroom out of this world with messanie floor, décor amazing, they had to give us 2 rooms instead of three because of computer problem with an upgrade, we loved it so much we decided to stay there the next night although hotel wanted to give us three room the next night, with complementary breakfast on top! breakfast eat as much as you like and only cost 16 euros e. The free upgrade to the executive suite with free bottle of champagne. I only mentioned to them when confirming my booking that it was our 15th wedding anniversary and our first visit to Venice, Fantastic surprise and an amazing suite. The hotel itself is stunning with a very expensive feel to it, as soon as you step off the water shuttle which is right outside the bus stop, uour greeted with friendly staff who are very helpful. Excellent in all ways. Clean, quiet, comfortable, very good kitchen, polite staff, great design and accessories. We didn't mind the distance from Venice because there is very frequent transport to the main tourist destinations incl. airport and train/bus station.The pricing is higher than we are used to in central Europe, but this hotel is still excellent choice compared to other in/around Venice. After the arrival we've got one class higher room then initially requested at no price increase. Our room was beautiful. We had been given a free upgrade to an Executive Room which was on 2 floors. The bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food with lovely, helpful waiting staff & the breakfast was wonderful with an extensive choice from fresh fruit to bacon and egss with lots in between! Murano itself is a beautifull island, much quieter that Venice which suited us. Lovely shops and eateries. Venice was wonderful but of course very touristy and expensive!. Great location literally next to Murano Museo vaparetto stop. Hotel's own shuttle service great. If you want to stay near the action but in the calmness of pretty Murano then you have no better choice. Lovely staff working very hard to make this new enterprise a success. Ask for a delicious coffee made to order at breakfast, not the stuff on the buffet. Excellent free wifi and great international TV selection if that is what you want. Lara the receptionist was very good as was the male but I did not get his name. The courtesy boat from the airport was very good but a bit scary in the dark as you could not see the oncoming boats so when the wash hit you were not prepared for it. The boat from the hotel to Venice was excellent and an asset to the hotel. Location was fab. The free airport transfers were great and also the free speed boat trips to venice. The hotel is probably very new and there is no sign of the hotel. It is located directly behind the Museo "bus" stop. My patner had specifically booked a Deluxe Room as she wanted a coffee machine in the room. Because of the upgrade we didn't get the coffee machine which is a bit strange. You would think a more superior room would have more in it not less! The rather stressed man at reception said he would see what he could do but we heard nothing more about it. It was a little less design hotel and more posh Mercure than we expected. Touches like fresh flowers would make a big difference. The staff and the manager on duty during our stay need to learn that minor dramas need to be resolved in the back office not in front of the guests. If the aspiration of this hotel is to be a cut above then they need to follow through relentlessly. Door to daughters room was very difficult to open unless you barged it with your bottom, however when the staff were notified of the problem it was fixed promptly. This caused the room not to be serviced on two days as the maid could not get in. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. My room's room key is not work fr day one till I leave ..but I think it's only happened to my room only..they would fix it afterwards .. I was not able to find the extention numbers for receiption, room service, etc. An optional kettle in room would help family with young children (for making milk). No clock or coffee pot in room. the breakfast was a little poor. few thing to eat only. Restaurant choice could have been better. A little bit far from Veneza downtown, howerver hotel has free shutle bus (Vaporeto) to Piazza San Marco. breakfast not included.
