Great location- just in front the central station with a metro, bus and tram stops just meter away and a nice self service restaurant, great design and spacious room for couple, very nice staff. I first was given a room for which is quite small but was upgraded to a bigger room because the tv didn׳t work without even asking, they just offer me. The staff, especially the hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. The room had a nice size and comfortable beds. The bathroom is very clean and modern. It's located across the trainstation "milano centrale", which is great for a short trip.

Logistics is much facilitated. the hotel is new and modern thus in perfect conditions. helpful staff. Nice place. Pretty near from the central station of Milano. This hotel starts with 7th floor, but it doesn't matter. It was convenient. Clean, and it is a perfect arrangement. They gave me free breakfast, it was also good. walking distance to Milan Central station, room is renewed and comfortable without luxury, just necessary. better than expected. the area around is controlled and walkable. I chose this hotel mainly for its ideal location, only a five-minute walk away from Milan Central Station. The rooms are clean and modern, while the breakfast is rather simple with two croissants and a coffee, which however, taste surprising good. Great location (once you find it) across from the train station, room was nice, modern and comfortable. I took pictures from the room of the train station because it was high enough to have a good view. The hotel location is very close to the Milano Station Centrale, the receiption is Chinese people and it's convenient to communicate with them. The hotel is only good for short-stay. Read carefully the mail they will sent you with direction cause there are no signs outside the building. Although i recommend strongly the double room, the single room was very small and not very comfi. As i said there some stuff which dudn׳t work like the tv , the AC and the hairdryer bur it was all kindly fixed by the staff. The rooms were very hot. Wifi was not 100 % .. but still working . they should also offer the room without breakfast as it is kind of sad to eat alone in your room . much better to have it in the street ! they were working on the building at this time .. but i guess you cannot write this and it actually did not bother me that much ! i also could not stop the AC completely ??. The think blanket was old. they should provide wifi password at arrival. Air conditioning was working so strange, so sometimes it was too cold. need to check the facility before customer check in, refrigerator got some problem, I was not aware and put my prama ham into it... Also the wifi access was weak, it seems can't cover the whole hotel area, I can't use at some area of my room. Entrance is easy to miss, since it is one floor of a commercial buliding. There should be signs installed outside. My handle of the door was broken and the controller to your air conditioner is outside. It was impossible to set the airconditionning level. Therefore we made switch it off. One of the lamps in the bedrrom and in the bathroom was bad. The window blind operating controller was not working. The door of the bathroom was quite noisy. The bed is not comfortable~. The shower was tiny, I could hardly move in it. A. 3 mosquitos was killed in the room B. Room temp to be controlled in the front desk C. Outside wall is in construction so no veiw at all from the window. Room needed some maintenance. Poor breakfest, only one croiassant. The fridge did not work. Difficult to find. There are several entrances/exits to train station and it would be helpful to know which exit to take to the plaza to street to hotel. Once we found BPM and the green door we were fine. Beds are very uncomfortable. Staff does not speak very good english, so some requests were difficult to communicate. The area around the train station did have many night life, dining opportunities - had to take the Metro to the centre of the action. Air conditioning not working, it was absolutely too hot. Difficult to find the hotel. Noisy area. Not easy to find. Room a bit cramped. Nothing. You have to put shower gem on the ground. Small bed. The Internet was spotty, the location seemed weird it is on the 7th floor of what seems to be an office building, the staff member was not particularly friendly and the room although overall nice had small bits of work that just seemed incomplete (it might annoy you if you notice small things like that). Not easy to find it since there's no signboard outside. It took me 15 mins to find where it is. Wifi signal is not strong in the room. The staff are dishonest. I booked room with breakfast but no breakfast provided. Our room window could not open so we were in the dark. Staff didn't smile much, made the experience a bit transactional. Rooms to dark, need better lighting. The room 711 is very small, the TV was broken, the shower head was not working. very hard to find this hotel. I had asked a bed in advance for a 12 Months baby They told us onlt on the spot that they did not have it. They suggested to put the baby in a normal bed for singles or young children which was completely insecure These people are irresponsable amateurs They made us look for another hotel on teh spot This was extremely stressful and expensive. I think this is irresponsable and amateuristic. The room is noisy and very hot.. Didnt have good air circulation. The wall behind the shower was leak. Man in charge didn´t speak English. Entrance was hidden. If it wasn´t for the mail, I would have miss it. The air conditioning wasn't working so room was too hot and airless, opened windows to sleep but it was every noisy and I got eaten by mosquitos. 16 bites on hands and another 15 on face and arms, this resulted in a very bad allergic reaction to the bites. The cost of the hotel was ridiculously high based on the furniture fair in Milan, but when you pay over £300 per night you expect the basic stuff to work. I have never been so unhappy with a hotel before.
