I liked the food. Proximity to Railway station. I don't think I've ever slept in a better bed. The mattress was great and the sheets were incredibly comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location, free internet, good breakfast, friendly staff. A good hotel near the train station for a good price. (for Milan). clean...closed to public transport.

Would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay away from a lot a traffic but still be able to walk downtown. Friendly staff, new en-suites in all rooms, great showers, clean rooms. Easy walking distance to Centrale Station. Very close to the city, perfect for a short stay, plus nice breaksfast. The location, and easy abilty to travel from the point. easy access, free internet, staff at reception. the pillows were amazing. The TV was nice. location to train station. Location, price. The location. I spend there only one night with my 6-years-old daughter and it was okay to us. Room and bathroom was clean. There was also quite peaceful. Check-in and check-out happends quicly. Hotel stuff were friendly. I can´t say eanything about breakfast, because we leave so early that we didn´t have any time for it. The location was perfect, a five minute walk from the central bus station. Also, some members of the staff were really nice and helpful. I think the breakfast was good, even though there wasn't a lot of variety, it was ok.we were there for only a short time. the beds were comfortable we left way to early in the morning for the breakfast. was somewhat loud. It was indeed very close to the train station. Easy!. Liverpool FC beat inter Milan 1-0. The helpfulness of the staff .location. The location is very good, only like 2 min walk from the train station, very easy to find. I stayded in a single room, which looked like a storage originally. But the stuff is very kind and helpful, together with the price in winter. The staff don't speak English very well and this was an obstacle.The noise! The noise from the aircondition outside in the garden. and inside in the room.Impossible to sleep. The room can be better than that if this is a 3 stars hotel.Could possibly improve on the breakfast. Internet stopped working; very loud street just outside the window. Although supposedly refurbished not too long ago, the bedroom walls had patches of bare plaster, which looked like possible damp problems, although no smell from it. Rooms are on the small side, and furnishings in our room were very basic. Air conditioning could be more effective. Room was small and breakfast wasn't anything to shout about. Our room on the third floor was good and big enough but there was an unpleasant problem with moulds on the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was basic. there was used chewing gum on my blanket and we had no toilet paper. No additional separate heating system and no perfect state of everything in the room. room is small. though the bed and bathroom was nice, but room walls need serious painting, we actually spotted 1 tiny cockroach.. which talks about the cleanliness !!. There was no bar (or was, but do-it-your-self with empty bottles did not really feel like bar), shower was hardly working and the room smelled funny, AC was not really working either and made a awful noise. Basic in almost every aspect. Smelly bathroom.the hotelstaff was not very friendly, breakfast was too sweet. We got cookies and other sweet things. Not we were use to. Pretty run-down and the room - particularly the bathroom - wasn't clean.too noisy, from the street, from the water pipe... The staff weren't very friendly. There no free wi-fi in the hotel room...Because in every hotel I stayedbefore, there's a free wifi...Free internet access is very important inchoosing hotel... dust all over the furnitures, the remote of TV was covered with some sticky substance, the bathroom was neither clean.
