  Officially it is B&B, but I call it fair 3-stars hotel. Location is great. I think one of the best for that price in Venice.   I stayed in the annex appartement. (which is accross the ai reali hotel). Location could not be better. Two streets away from the Rialto bridge but still quiet. Canel view and big enough place. Complete kitchen with dining table. Good wifi connection. And once you figure out how to walk two supermarkets are closeby (Coop and Punto) I liked it so m... what people say » uch that I extended my stay. The price (in low season!) was good. Also the bed in was good. - 1) It's hard to find a hotel with good internet. This one definitely had good internet. 2) The room was quite nice. There is a living room, the bedroom and the bathroom. 3) The location is really good. Very close to Rialto bridge, few minutes away from the Piazza di San Marco.

  Easy to find (as long as you follow Paolo's clear directions). Comfortable and clean. It does what it says - if you want an en-suite, don't book as it clearly says "shared bathroom".   We were very happy with Locanda Leon Bianco. The location was very central, ideal for our 2 night stay. The room was clean, tidy, nice decor and well appointed and very spacious.   Lovely B&B clean,comfortable, Marco was fabulous and very knowledgable and made it very easy for us to find it by sending an email with very detailed instructions on how to get there, this was very valuable when you are in Venice, so many things are within easy walking distance, Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark's Square just to name a couple all i... what people say » n all we had a lovely stay - Hotel is very close to San Marco square. It is situated in a historic building with nice spacious rooms and is very clean and tidy. Italian breakfast in the morning is quite enough to keep you going. We liked everything. The only issue might be for people who have a lot of luggage, while this hotel is not equipped by the elevator - but it was not an issue for us.
