The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino. I would recommend this place to anyone. -

The hotel room overlooked the lagoon and had two small balconies. It was a few minutes from the water bus stop so easy to find on arrival and also close to St Marks square. The hotel reception and staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was spotless. Breakfast was very substantial and the stay was thoroughly enjoyable. - Our family room #

Although this was not close to the train station and it is quite expensive to travel on the water taxi to get to the hotel, it was in a great location close to Piazza San Marco and the lovely quiet area and gardens of St. Elena. We were able to walk with our luggage back to the train station on departure once we were able to navigate our way around
