  The warm welcome and friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was perfect, far enough from S. Marco to avoid the noise of the crowds yet close to both public transport and major attractions. Theroom was wonderful. This hotel has recently (May, 2008) reopened after atwo year rennovation. The price for comparable hotels in the area weremuch more. The staff was very accomodating with requests and assistancewith dinner suggestions and reservations as well as transportation tothe airport.

  The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino. I would recommend this place to anyone. - Friendly staff.... what people say » Very clean, comfortable, quiet room. Excellent location relative to sights and transportation. Ample breakfast. Good value for money. A bit "shabby chic", but that is to be expected in a city where most buildings are half-a-century old.

  The host was very helpful and welcoming and the view from the BandB is sensational. I highly recommend this BandB as it within walking distance of St Marks Sq and the Rialto. - Absolutely the best BandB I've stayed in. The rooms are massive. I would stay here again and again. This is the best value for money in all of Venice.

The view from my room was breathtaking, the breakfast was sumptuous and the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Even my room (single) was exceptionally clean and well kept. Everyone, right from the porter to the bartenders, the reception staff, the concierge went out of their way to help me and to make my trip a memorable one.
