  The hotel management was amazing in the way they made us feel home and part of their friends circle. We travel each year, and this is our fourth trip to Italy. One of my daughters needed medical attention. They offered free drinks and cookies when I checked in. When I requested for some water, they offered bottles of water together with cups free of charge.
