The hotel was conveniently located about 200 meters away from a bus station and a nice beach. The room was modern, spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast (well above Italian breakfast standards), the whole staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. Very good value for the money. I will book here again the next time I'll be in Rimini. Everything is great - friendly staff (family hotel), large clear, well furnished room with balcony, 2 separated rooms with toilet and shower, rich delicious breakfast - perfect conditions!! Best price for this quality!!.
