We were greated with a friendly smile, the hotel was walking distance from the sights and the owners were so helpful and gave us so much advise, even helping with our map reading to get us to our next destination. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay at Residence Michelangiolo. Our room couldn't have been nicer - very large, comfortable and clean. Angela was very welcoming and helpful. We loved being on the green side of the river, but appreciated the easy access to the center of Florence.
