Very good . very friendly and helpful receptionists, pretty building, very quiet and comfortable yet in walking distance of main sights. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a plus point to those who are not very familiar with the area. Location (no noise, 10 min walk from pl. Michelangelo, 30 min to thecenter) and a good price. location, area, size of the room.
all reviews » This is a great place to stay while in Florence. While not in the oldcity, it is in a nicer residential area just over the river from the oldcity. The area is safe, quiet, and pretty. It has protected parking. Theold city is a 1km walk. We would absolutely stay here again and havealready told our parents to use it when they visit Florence next month.Excellent facility. position of hotel away from the crowds in florence,large,clean room and efficient staff. good matras. The hotel is in a charming villa in a very nice residential district not far from the tourist attractions of the old town (a 30-minute walk from the Duomo). We spent two non-successive nights in two different rooms at this hotel. The first night was in a large nicely appointed room on the first floor with 5-m high frescoed ceiling. The second night was in a not-so-nice suite in the attic.The hotel is an appropriate choice fot traveller with car, as he has private parking (for additional 15 Euro per day). Also, the hotel is located nearby major touristic attraction, but you need to take bus To avoid unpleasant travel on filled with smoge river coast. Comfortable, quiet, friendly staff.Breakfast included. very clean, quiet place,good position. Small problems with the shower, no wifi signal in the room (top floor),no tea maker in the room, modest breakfast. mosquitos !!! cleaning staff should not leave window open !!!. No breakfast. Late night food options are limited. The ac was under-powered. Located some distance from town. Difficult access without a car.rather poor breakfast (but for italian standards ok I guess. The parking fee (15 euros/day) is too high. You can park across the street within 100 meters of the hotel for about half that much. The bathroom in the suite had some mold.Breakfast a bit boring - would have liked a bit more fruit. There were mosquitos in the room.small parking place, they need to move cars while you are gone in town, very small beds in the second room of the apartament(maybe fit for children)despite the fact i asked for a french bed.some of the personell does not speak english.
