Outstanding value for your money! The apt. Is just a door away from agrocery store making utilizing the kitchen very easy. The parking isvery secure... Most of the facilities are modern... Even a modernwashboard/sink/drying rack area for doing a quick set of unmentionablesand kids clothes (w brought our 2 and 3 year old kids). Highly recommendthis place!!! Short/ bus ride to city center. The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!.
all reviews » Clean, spacious and located in a nice area. The bus number 22 bringsyou to the centre in just a few minutes (walking would be a bit far,but I am lazy ;-). Bus tickets can be bought at the reception of theresidence, this is wise to do as bus drivers won't give you change.Rooms provide excellent tools to cook. In a few words, excellent"hotel" .. The room was large, clean, comfortable, very attractive, and well furnished. The bathroom was very nice too with a shower stall and great water pressure. The staff was very helpful, multi-lingual, friendly and professional. Nearby restaurants and bars (across the street) was a plus. Parking garage was secure and convenient.Safe, quiet and very good equipment, such as camera watching, kitchen tools. We can make food and buy everything in a very closely supermarket. Good sized room with adequate facilities, clean linen and towels, clean room and not over-priced.This is a very good place to stay. Room was big and the kitchen came inreally handy. Amazing. There is a lot of traffic in front of the hotel so it was a bit noisy but overall, I'd give it high marks for comfort and value.nothing. The location is not exactly the best due to distance from city centre and traffic noise from adjacent main road.a bit noisy along that street -- sound through the vent above the door could be dampened. Fairly far out of downtown. 20 Euro Cab ride from train station.Beds were slightly hard. The only "problem" is that the reception is located in another building.no kettle in room. Only one bathroom. Pretty noisy from outside traffic as many have already mentioned. Reception is located quite far away.The fact that the rooms are situated in a building with no reception bureau. Room needs guide on using the t.v. remote (it is not intuitive) and a guide to using the hotel phone (how do you reach Reception, etc.). The bed linen seems old. Noticeable noise from the street but it's not unbearable. Possibly a bit too far from the town centre if you have no car and the public transport is not operational due to a national holiday. The number 22 bus was regular and took approximately 15 minutes into the centre. Items needing repairing in the bathroom; just quick repairs for wobbly loo set and shower door and plug permanently closed in bidet. I was surprised the maid did not pass this information on to the management. It in no way spoilt our stay. The aircon in the bed room seemed to overheat eventhough it was set at 21 Deg. C.far away from centre, near loud street. road noises.floor was always freezing cold. Could have been quieter. cleaness.

Each Classic apartment is equipped with a fully furnished cooking corner and private bathroom and all are soundproof. Each apartment has an individual entrance and a private furnished terrace.

The standard apartments can host one or 2 people and consists of a bed/living room, with a host of facilities.

The Superior en suite apartment, for 3 people, offers a bed/living room with 3 beds, a small sofa and dining area, a separate fully-furnished kitchen, independent entrance and private terrace area.

Each Bilo Deluxe apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and private bathroom and all are soundproof. Each apartment has an individual entrance and a private furnished terrace. These apartments can host one to 4 people and consist of a bedroom, a living room with double sofa-bed, with a host of facilities.

The Trilo Deluxe en suite apartments are suitable for one to 6 people. They offer 2 bedrooms, a living room with double sofa-bed and a dining area with fully furnished kitchen, independent entrance and private terrace area.
