Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking forward to returning one day! Thank you for a great stay.
all reviews » All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time. Oswaldo greeted us on arrival and was so very friendly and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt so at home because of the welcome and help we received. Please stay here. It is a small hotel owned by a dedicated extremely friendly family that will do everything with a smile to make your stay as good as possible. The breakfast was good, the internet was perfect, and the location was near to everything. I love everything about this hotel. The bed, the bathroom, the smell, and our favourite hotel-staff Ovaldo (I hope I say it correctly). It is close to central. I would really love to go back there if I need to travel to Florence. Location, this place is run by very welcoming and nice couple with the help of their property manager Mr. Oswaldo who is very helpful and has through knowledge of things to do while you are at Florence. The owners are very welcoming and had provided us useful information about the city.The room is clean and spacious. They even provided us early breakfast because we were catching a very early train. These are minor points and shouldn't put you off staying at the B&B.....Could do with a bit more variety for breakfast but given the price and that Florence is packed with coffee shops you can't complain. Water heater in the bathrooms are very noisy so ear plugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper. nothing. nothing. Noisy neighbors. Breakfast start only 8:30. The check in time is a bit strict, cause my friend and I arrived at about 9 and there is no one answer the bell. Thanks to a girl who is a Chinese as well and used her phone to contact the host for us. Otherwise we will go to another hotel nearby which would be very expensive. late breakfast. Breakfast is served too late (8.30). They should at least allow self-service beginning at 7 so those who want to get going early can do so. I arrived at 14h30 and nobody was there to open the door. On the phone ...the answer machine. After 30 min somedy coming and give us the key. Poor breakfast, i have to wait 30 min to have a table free, and the choise was very ...limite...
