The staff went to great lengths to make us happy. For example, we needed to catch an early flight which meant we needed to leave the Hotel at 4:45am, breakfast was not served until 7:00am however, 30 minutes after their wake-up call they called again telling us that Breakfast was ready for us. Large comfortable bedroom with good bathroom. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Very clean and very quiet. Easy from airport and worth doing before going on to Venezia propper. - It was a really nice and clean hotel. The best we've gotten for our money.

Very friendly family run hotel, pool was really good, very clean high standard throughout, good continental breakfast, didnt use the restaurant as we usually had a picnic when out. Bus to venice 5 min walk to stop takes about 25 mins into Venice didnt have a problem with this. Would stay again no probs.

They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. It is hard to find initially, but overall it is a great location. Very quiet. The staff was great. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was dated but clean. -
