Our room was up graded on arrival which was a nice touch, the room was spotless Tea/coffee/hot Choclate was available in our room as were dressing gowns and slippers. Food was excellent. All staff were a credit to Whites Management. Well Done and we will definitly return and recommend this hotel to family and friends. Reception staff Silke and Jackie very professional. The hotel is central making it possible to eat elsewhere.

Everything was very accessible.. the swimming pool was excellent .. there was a play room beside the pool for children which was great. The range of food available in the various restaurants and bar within the hotel was great and the service was excellent. The room had everything we needed. Room distance from an elevator. There was not enough milk with the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A bath would have been nive - but I did not specify a preference when booking.bedroom lighting for reading purposes was poor. the fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning in our room and was the only room to go off in. The heating in the room was very bad.air con coming on automatically at 6 am. double bed was two single beds pushed together, shower basin was part of the bathroom floor, did not expect that for a hotel of this standard. room wasnt cleaned that well, bins not empty and cups not cleaned. i found the layout of the hotel poor- not sure of how to get to/from car park to rooms - lacked atmosphere. My room was cold despite adjustments to the heating control. the bathrooms were very small, the bathtowels were like handtowels,too small. The beds were small and uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard.No bath in the room, only a shower...more signposts needed to get to leisure centre and a bit pricy for what we got.. one of the bar staff.
