    The hotel is modern in presentation, and the rooms were impeccable. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre.     The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff.     We were out most of the time, however when we had a query, the staff were more than happy to help. The purpose of this trip was that my son is going to work in the USA and so we needed to get a visa from the American Consulate which is close by so that is why we chose the hotel which is good for location. Across the road from a large supermarket, cafe and cinema (which were very handy on a wet day!). The hotel itself is perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms large and spacious, beautiful bathrooms, everywhere spotlessly clean. Over our stay we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel which were all very good and excellent value, altho the portions could do with being smaller - we had no room for puddings!

    my husband and i stayed in the dukes for 2 nights and we had a fantastic time, the hotel is homely and stylish with a real laid back atmostphere our room was spacious with a huge bed which was probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in the bathroom was lovely with a huge shower and seperate bath the air conditioning was fantastic as the r... what people say » oom did get very warm at night, we ate in the restaurant on the first night and got a great deal (meal for 2 and bottle of wine 29.99) jenny the recep - The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far. The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full. I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

When I got in to the room wow it looks beautiful, romantic, cozy and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love the dry Cereal that the chef cook.     The staff at Benedicts were great, they were so helpful and really pleasant. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious and arrived well presented and was good value for money. We stayed in the executive suite which had a spa bath which was better than I had expected it to be plus the king size bed was soooo comfy! I've stayed in a lot of hotels... what people say » but this is one of the best for its price. I would recommend that you upgrade to the executive suite as it is only an extra £10 and is worth it. - Exceptional hotel facilities with even better staff - Benedict's is the place to stay in Belfast. Rooms are exceptionally furnished and quite large - the jacuzzi tub in the executive king is AWESOME! Staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly. The attached nightclub is a load of fun - great for a night out or for some hilarious people watching :) Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in all my European travels :)

    The greendoor resturant was excellent. We had not planned to eat in the hotel, however due to heavy rain we choose not to venture out.     It is very close to QUB so was quite convenient, as I was attending a conference there. It's proximity to Botanic Station and the variety of restaurants in the area were a definite plus.
